When we first speak to parents, they often come to us at the point of complete exhaustion. We are with you each step of the way, teaching you and guiding you on how best to find a solution to your sleep concerns, leaving you feeling empowered and hopefully a little more rested!
NURTURE
A child’s development is based on a nuturing and caring relationship and people hear sleep consultant and think “crying it out” is the only approach. We provide multiple approaches so that you can choose one that is right for you.
EDUCATE
Our extensive years of training and experience allow us to help you understand why we recommend each approach, helping you make the correct decision for you and your family.
We know one solution doesn’t fit all and we don’t leave questions unanswered.
EMPATHY
We might be sleep consultants but we are also parents and we’ve experienced, first hand, most of the problems that our clients come to us with. Our gentle approach and caring manner allows us to help you in the best way we know.

About us
Infant Sleep Consultants is run by Katie, Annie and Helen; three highly experienced and qualified professionals who have each had over twenty years experience with babies and children. We do not have a “one solution fits all” approach as we know each child is different.
What we offer
We offer flexible packages to suits your family needs. From phone/remote consultations to overnight consultations, we work with you to find the best solution. We also offer group packages from £25 per person.
