By using www.infantsleepconsultant.co.uk also referred to as the “website” or “site”, all visitors, referred to as “user/you/your” are bound by these Terms and Conditions. The terms “we/us/our refer to Annie Simpson, Katie Palmer and Helen Broadhead of Infant Sleep Consultants. Accessing this site constitutes a use of the site and an acceptance to the terms provided herein.

Use of the website.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through the site any material which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libellous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights. Failure to do so would constitute a criminal offence and give rise to civil liability.

Commerce

  • By payment of your booking invoice for a consultation with Infant Sleep Consultants, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. All consultations are subject to availability. Infant Sleep Consultants will not be responsible for delays due to force majeure.
  • Infant Sleep Consultants retain the right to refuse any request made by you. While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
  • All prices advertised are subject to change.
  • Once a booking invoice has been received and the initial call has been delivered and accessed by you, refunds are not issued. This is to protect the intellectual property shared by Infant Sleep Consultants. 
  • Following your consultation with Infant Sleep Consultants, your ten day’s email support begins the following day unless otherwise agreed and subject to availability.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as illness, Infant Sleep Consultants are happy to reschedule the appointment, subject to availability, within a four week period.
  • Any additional charges such as travel costs, if any, will be calculated and shared with you before you are asked to submit payment.

Limitation of Liability

We will endeavour to ensure all facts and statements on this site and in our materials are true and correct to the best of our knowledge. We will endeavour to ensure all facts and statements in our work do not infringe upon any copyright or other right of a third party. Infant Sleep Consultants cannot be held liable by you, or any third party, for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, complaints, claims, litigation or other incidental, consequential or special damages which may arise from your use of www.infantsleepconsultants.co.uk or your relationship with Infant Sleep Consultants.
