Our services: How it works:

After you have contacted Infant Sleep Consultants by phone/email, we will send you the sleep history notes to be filled in, answering our questions about your current sleep habits and how you are responding. This helps us ascertain the nature of the problem and how we can help with an individual package to suit your child and your family’s requirements.

 

Before any consultation we require a four day feed/sleep diary to be filled in and sent back. 

 

Our sleep training packages are suitable from six months. If you child is under six months please contact us to discuss suitability. We are dedicated to educating and empowering parents to make positive changes using reasearch based techniques. 

 

Due to the coronavirus outbreak we have temporarily suspended our in person consultations and expanded our remote support. We are as passionate as ever in helping families to get a good night's sleep and restoring some balance through this unsettling time. 

 

Sleep Training and Troubleshooting

  • Phone/Skype consultation - £225 
  • An initial 60 minute talk to discuss your child's sleep problem, to explain how sleep works, what is normal sleep and to talk you through the sleep training solutions so you can make an informed decision. 
  • Following our chat, we will send you a personalised sleep plan.
  • 10 days support consisting of emails and a 20 minute follow up call. 
  • Additional phone support is available thereafter.

 

 

  • Remote home consultation – £335 
  • An initial 25 minute call to discuss your child's sleep problem, to identify the bad sleep habits and how to establish good sleep associations. 
  • A facetime/skype call over bedtime for up to two hours giving you the confidence to get started.  
  • We will send you a personalised sleep plan to continue with.
  •  10 days support consisting of emails and a 20 minute follow up call. 

 

 

  • Remote overnight consultation - £450 
  • An initial 25 minute call to discuss your child, to identify the bad sleep habits and how to establish good sleep associations. 
  • We will be with you at your child's bedtime, talking you through it and on hand throughout the night. Empowering you to make change and helping you to promote positive sleep associations.   Our aim is to support you through the tricky times and give you the confidence to maintain our sleep program.  
  • We will send you a personalised sleep plan.
  • 10 days support consisting of emails and a 20 minute follow up call. 

 

    

 

 

 

Additional support

If you find you still require some help or just a little reassurance, our top up support is there to get you back on track.

  • An extra weeks email support £100
  • Extra phone calls charged at £45 for 30 minutes.

 

 

Please note: Phone and Skype Consultations should be paid in full before the consultation can be confirmed. 

 

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as illness, Infant Sleep Consultants are happy to reschedule the appointment, subject to availability, within a six week period.

Keep bedtimes calm and have a consistent bedtime routine in place which your baby will learn to adapt to and quickly come to expect, going down to sleep without a fuss.

 

If your child wakes in the night, try not to rush in too quickly as this sometimes disturbs them and you won't give them the opportunity to settle themselves on their own.
