After you have contacted Infant Sleep Consultants by phone/email, we will send you the sleep history notes to be filled in, answering our questions about your current sleep habits and how you are responding. This helps us ascertain the nature of the problem and how we can help with an individual package to suit your child and your family’s requirements.
Before any consultation we require a four day feed/sleep diary to be filled in and sent back.
Our sleep training packages are suitable from six months. If you child is under six months please contact us to discuss suitability.
One of our sleep consultants will come to your home or work place and share their knowledge and expertise in a relaxed and informal environment. From £25 per person for a two hour
visit, this package is ideal for expectant parents and those with young children. The session covers:
• How sleep works
• Encouraging good sleep habits and the recipes to success
• Common sleep problems and how to resolve them

Keep bedtimes calm and have a consistent bedtime routine in place which your baby will learn to adapt to and quickly come to expect, going down to sleep without a fuss.
If your child wakes in the night, try not to rush in too quickly as this sometimes disturbs them and you won't give them the opportunity to settle themselves on their own.
